KT Multitracks privacy
Updated October 28, 2026. This page describes the native Mac and iPad beta operated by Kulinich Tech.
Website beta access requests
When you request access on this website, we save your name, email, church or team, device selection, optional setup notes and consent in a private Cloudflare database. Authorized Kulinich Tech administrators review requests. After approval, your email and name are shared with Apple to send an individual TestFlight invitation. Private AWS library access is a separate approval and is matched to your verified app-account email. We keep request and approval records while you participate in testing; contact us to remove them. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit spam and expire after two hours. We do not ask for your Apple or app password on this form.
Your audio and local library
The app stores downloaded songs, prepared performances, playlists, mixes, timing edits and preferences on your device. Source media remains yours. Local imports do not require a cloud account. You can remove local app data through the operating system; keep backups of audio and playlist edits you want to retain.
Optional private cloud library
An owner can sync a NAS library to private AWS storage and authorize paired devices to browse and download it. The service processes library files and song metadata, device-pairing identifiers and access credentials to deliver those downloads. Network identifiers and service error information may be processed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Pairing credentials are stored using the device’s secure credential storage. A TestFlight invitation does not itself grant access to another person’s private song library.
Accounts and library approval
Optional app accounts use Amazon Cognito for email registration, verification, sign-in and password reset. Cognito handles passwords; application tables do not store them. The app stores session credentials in the device’s Keychain. Account information includes your email, account identifier, approval status and administrative role. Registration is open, but an administrator must approve access to a private song library. Existing approved device pairings remain supported.
Login and song activity
For signed-in accounts, the service records successful logins and song-play activity associated with the account, including timestamps and the song information sent by the player. Library administrators can review individual history and manage access. You can view your own activity in the app. Cloud activity history is retained for one year. Offline play events may be queued locally for up to 90 days, with a limit of 5,000 events, and sent when the account reconnects. Microphone audio, speech transcripts and passwords are not part of this activity history.
You can sign out or request account deletion from the app. Account deletion removes the account and its associated application history; it does not delete the library owner’s NAS originals or cloud song library. Contact us if you need help with an account or data request.
Microphone and speech
Director voice commands are optional. If enabled, the app requests microphone and speech-recognition permissions and uses available on-device English recognition. Microphone audio is not uploaded or saved by the app. Recognized command text may be shown locally while listening. Disable listening in Voice settings or revoke permissions in system settings at any time.
Diagnostics and feedback
Audio-route and device diagnostics may be stored locally for troubleshooting. Feedback you choose to send can contain the information and attachments you include. Apple may process crash and beta-testing diagnostics through TestFlight according to its own privacy policies and your device settings.
Third-party services and retention
AWS hosts an enabled private cloud library. Apple provides platform permissions and TestFlight distribution. We do not sell your audio or use microphone recordings for advertising. Cloud copies remain until the library owner removes them; removing the app from one device does not remove the owner’s cloud or NAS originals.
Contact and requests
For privacy questions, device authorization changes or cloud-data requests, contact max@kulinich.tech. If you use someone else’s private library, its owner controls that library’s files and authorized devices.
