Programs and access

Understand what our tools do, who they serve, and how to explore access.

Practical software for nonprofit teams

Our programs address communication and administrative work that small nonprofit teams often need to do with limited staff and budgets. The tools below include products developed for churches, with product-specific workflows and integrations. For a community event or another nonprofit setting, contact us first so we can confirm whether the current product is suitable.

Product availability, pricing, and technical requirements can change. The product websites provide current account and subscription details. Read how software revenue supports our nonprofit work.

Live translation

ChurchTranslator.AI

Helps audiences follow a live speaker through translated audio and captions. Listeners can use a QR code and their own phone. The current product is used for church services and supports a range of language and broadcast workflows.

For a multilingual public event or conference, ask us about the event format, supported languages, equipment, and current access options. We will confirm suitability and pricing before you commit.

Guest follow-up

ChurchPortalKit.AI

Connects a branded guest Wi-Fi sign-on experience with visitor follow-up workflows. The current church-oriented product integrates with Planning Center People, helping a team organize guest contact details instead of repeatedly entering them by hand.

Compatibility depends on the Wi-Fi equipment and software involved. Contact us about the current access process and integrations before planning a rollout.

Attendance insights

ChurchSight

Helps teams understand attendance using their existing camera infrastructure and reporting workflows. Its purpose is to reduce manual counting and give staff clearer attendance information.

Camera compatibility, processing arrangements, and privacy requirements need to be reviewed for each deployment. An attendance estimate is an operational aid; organizations remain responsible for their own privacy and consent practices.

Staff and volunteer communication

Qolo.Chat

Provides channels, groups, and direct messages for staff and volunteer teams. The current product includes Planning Center group workflows, helping teams organize communication around existing groups.

Additional tools in development

SongHarmonies focuses on vocal rehearsal parts for worship teams. Qolo.Live explores live online engagement. These projects are presented as early-access work on our homepage; contact us for current availability rather than relying on a launch date.
