Computer vision on a feed from your existing IP cameras (or one cheap dedicated one) gives you accurate, continuous headcount per service and per section — without volunteer counters, without storing a single face, and without making your auditorium feel like a surveillance set.
The problem
"How many people were here on Sunday?" is the most common question in church leadership — and the answer is almost always a guess. Clickers get forgotten. Ushers undercount the back row. Numbers reported to the board don't match what the worship team saw from stage. Multi-service campuses compound the error.
How it works
We process video frames from cameras you already have pointed at the room. A vision model identifies people, not faces — we never run face recognition and never store identifying frames. The raw counts are smoothed over time, broken down by zone (you tell us which camera covers which section), and aggregated per service. You get dashboards, weekly reports, and an API that pipes counts into your existing analytics or directly into Planning Center.

Where the data lives
Frames are processed in the cloud and immediately discarded — only the integer count and timestamp persist. If your church requires fully on-premise processing, we offer a mini-PC option that does all inference locally and only sends aggregated counts up. Either way, you own the data.
