Sunday's setlist, built from your library, not a generic top-25.

Tell it the theme, the season, the scripture, or just the sermon outline. The Worship Setlist Builder picks songs from your real PCO library — tuned for key flow, congregational familiarity, recency rotation, and the worship dynamics you've already taught your team to feel.

The problem

Generic AI worship suggestions miss the obvious thing: the songs your congregation actually sings. They surface arena anthems your church has never done, ignore the bridge you've taught for three months, and have no concept of how recently you ran a song. Building a setlist still ends up being a worship leader staring at a spreadsheet on Thursday morning.

How it works

Connect Planning Center Services. We index your real song library — keys, themes, tags, last-used dates, scheduling history. You hand the builder a service brief (theme, scripture, sermon topic, season, or just "we need an opener in the same key flow as last week"), and it returns a ranked setlist with explanations: why these songs, in this order, in these keys. Edit anything. When it's right, push the plan straight into PCO Services with item order, keys, and lengths.

Your real library

Pulls the songs you actually own and have taught — not a generic CCLI top list.

Theme & scripture aware

Matches songs to the sermon passage, theme tag, or service flow you describe.

Key-flow optimization

Modulations that feel natural, no awkward jumps from B♭ to E.

Familiarity scoring

Balances loved-and-known anthems with the new song you've been teaching.

Recency rotation

Won't suggest a song you ran last Sunday — unless you ask it to.

Seasonal cadence

Advent, Lent, Easter, Christmas, Pentecost — knows when to lean into a season's repertoire.

Explainable picks

Every song comes with a one-line rationale you can show your team — or argue with.

PCO Services export

One click pushes order, songs, keys, and lengths into your service plan.

What you need to run it

  • A Planning Center Services account with a populated song library (the more historical scheduling data, the better the recommendations)
  • About 10 minutes to confirm your tag taxonomy and seasonal preferences

Where it's at

Currently in development, with a launch waitlist. Worship leaders who sign up for early access help shape what the first release looks like — and get founder pricing when it ships.

What it isn't

It isn't a song generator. It doesn't write lyrics, produce stems, or replace your worship leader's judgment. It's a faster, more contextually aware way to get from "what should we play this week?" to a draft setlist that's worth editing — instead of a blank Planning Center plan.
