Your guest Wi-Fi is your connect card.

A branded captive portal that captures every guest's name and contact info as they sign onto your Wi-Fi, drops them straight into Planning Center People, and triggers the follow-up workflow you already use for first-time visitors.

The problem

Connect cards get lost. Tablets at the welcome table get bumped, ignored, or run out of battery. By the time anyone enters guest info into Planning Center on Monday, most of it is illegible — and a third of your first-time visitors never get a follow-up email.

The fix

Every guest will, at some point in the service, look at their phone. When they connect to your Wi-Fi, our captive portal pops up — branded to your campus, with the fields you actually care about (first name, last name, email, optional phone, opt-in checkbox). Hit submit and three things happen at once: they get internet, you get a new record in PCO People, and your guest-follow-up workflow fires automatically.

Direct PCO People sync

New record created with a custom source tag ("Guest Wi-Fi — 2026-05-12"), instantly.

Workflow auto-assignment

First-time visitors drop into your existing follow-up workflow — no manual triage.

Returning visitor detection

Recognizes returning guests by email or phone and counts the Sunday, not the signup.

Your branding

Custom splash, logo, colors, welcome message, and consent language.

Sign-in options

Email, phone (SMS verification), or social — pick what matches your congregation.

Privacy-aware

GDPR-friendly consent, configurable retention, no third-party ad pixels.

What you need to run it

  • A Wi-Fi system that supports an external captive portal — UniFi, Meraki, Aruba, OpenWrt, and most other modern controllers
  • A Planning Center account with API access (any paid tier)
  • About 30 minutes to set up the splash branding and pair the workflow

Where it's at

In active development with a launch waitlist. Churches on the waitlist help shape the first release and get founder pricing when it ships. Reach out and we'll save you a spot.

What guests see

A clean splash with your church's name and logo. Three or four fields. One button. Internet. The whole thing is shorter than filling out a paper card and feels like signing into any normal coffee-shop Wi-Fi — because that's what it is, with a much smarter back end.

Turn Wi-Fi sign-on into your best follow-up tool.

Tell us what Wi-Fi gear you use and which PCO workflow runs your guest follow-up. We'll add you to the launch waitlist and reach out as soon as we're ready for pilot churches.
